Ferry from Cirkewwa to Blue Lagoon (Comino) (Round-Trip)

Don't use this ferry - it appears first on google search so it looks like the official ferry but isn't. Boat wasn't there at the intended departure time neither was any personnel for them. We ended up having to rebook with comino ferries coop and lost our money from this booking.

Staff really mean and the Boat are not on time! We wait an hour at Comino, because they put first groups, even if you were there before them! If you can, chose another company, with kind and respectfull staff.

Unfortunately had very bad experience with this company, we booked in advance and when we arrived (20 minutes) before departure we were issued with a ticket and told to come back in 10 minutes. When we returned the boat had been filled to capacity but they just chose to squeeze us on without proper seating. On the return journey we were given a list of departure times from comino, but the boat never came. Called the company and they said “sorry I don’t know what’s happened” and said to wait for the next boat, 1 hour after the scheduled time. The subsequent boat that arrived was too small and so decided to take nobody, despite a large queue. They appeared to be surprised by how many of us were there, despite them being aware that the previous boat had not come. The company only have two boats, one with a capacity of 10 which they use for private tours and one for approximately 20 which they use for all the other trips. This meant that when the boat finally arrived, we were told we would have to pay an extra €5 to go via the caves as this was the only route available, despite us specifically saying on booking that we did not want to do this (we have seen the babes before on a different trip). After further discussion they eventually allowed us to board, over an hour after the scheduled departure. In all this company appear to be too small to run a proper service, you would be better with one of the main comino co-op ferries which use larger boats and seem to run more to a timetable!

Personnel pas sympa, à la limite de l'irrespect une fois que vous avez payé

Nous somme aller à comino avec ebsons parasol bleu, il était très difficile de comprendre l’anglais mes un monsieur nous a tout expliqué en français il parler parfaitement notre langue, tout était beaucoup plus clair ! Nous avion beaucoup de questions et il était très patient avec nous, c’était une très belle expérience je recommande surtout pour les français qui ne comprenne pas l’anglais comme nous ☺️👍

I was worried with the mixed reviews of this company but my experience on Nov 30 went perfectly. I had booked online for return ferry with cave views and the departure was on time. The return was a bit random timing than the schedule provided, but worked out fine. It was enjoyable ride. I recommend Ebsons comino.

Notre voyage sur comino était super ! Nous avons réussi à être compris sur nos besoin grâce à un jeune homme qui parler français sur place ! Ceci dit attention il y a une autre compagnie a absolument évité, il s’agit du parasols rouge le vendeur était très agressif et voulais nous vendre des tickets son approche était tros violente et il ne parler pas un mot de Français ! Je recommande le parasol bleu ebsons

It’s was cold, windy & wavy, the Ebsons boat refused to take me back to Gozo. He left me in Comino without giving me time to show my ticket. I paid another boat to come back & Ebsons refused to refund my money. The driver just yelled at me. Last experience with them

Assez dessus, on a payer 15euro par personnes, on a pas pus voir le blue lagoon, et les caves nous les avons vue 2min. On a passé plus de temps a faire la navette plutôt que de visiter dessus de l'expérience et du prix.

Této společnosti se vyhněte! Existují daleko lepší způsoby, jak se dostat na Comino - např. hned vedle je společnost Bella Ferries. Po vystoupení z trajektu se na nás doslova vrhli 3 prodejci a začali si nás přetahovat (nutno podotknout, že všichni byli ze stejné společnosti) - bylo to extrémně neprofesionální a už to nás odradilo. Dali jsme tomu ale šanci a šli jsme za chlápkem, který vypadal klidně. Bohužel nám ale řekl vysokou cenu (oproti vstupenkám z jejich online stránek dvojnásobnou), tudíž jsme odmítli a šli ke společnosti vedle (Bella Ferries). Tam nám vyhověli k naší maximální spokojenosti, byli velmi milí a dokonce nám nabídli odvoz na Maltu zdarma. Během čekání na loď jsme zpozorovali jednoho konkrétního prodejce od Ebsons, který nám po celou dobu našeho čekání na loď věnoval spoustu úšklebků a nadávek, plivanců na zem naším směrem a jiných grimas. To nás naprosto přesvědčilo o tom, že bylo dobře, že jsme je odmítli. Jednalo se o menšího, hubeného chlápka, věk asi 40, krátké tmavé vlasy, šedé tepláky, rychlé pohyby. Být jeho šéfem a vidět jeho chování k zákazníkům, na hodinu bych ho ze své firmy vyhodila. Něco tak neskutečně odporného jsme nikde nezažili. Dělá velkou ostudu sám sobě, ale především firmě, kterou prezentuje. Vážené vedení této společnosti, prověřujte si své zaměstnance. I pouhý jedinec dokáže firmu tahat ke dnu velmi úspěšně. A tento muž toho byl obrovským důkazem

The most cost-effective way to visit Comino Island from Gozo or Malta. Only 15 euros per person for a round trip from the Gozo ferry terminal.

Good, flexible, and relaxed service. Sailes out from Gozo habour and (Malta) Cirkewwa habour. You can book online, but I am not sure if you always get an order confirmation. Sailing duration from Malta habour to Blue Lagoon is about 15 min.

Nuestra peor experiencia en viajes. Compramos ticket para el trayecto de gozo a Blue Lagoon. Salieron 20 minutos tarde para perseguir clientes por el puerto y llenar mas el barco. Finalmente llega a comino, y para nuestra sorpresa no nos deja en Blue Lagoon (tal y como anuncia) nos deja a casi 2km caminando de Blue Lagoon con un niño pequeño por un camino pésimo de rocas y un calor terrible. Para regresar a Gozo tuvimos que pagar nuevamente tickets con otra compañía que si salían desde blue lagoon. Lo peor llega cuando reclamamos al llegar nuevamente a Gozo, nos reciben 2 hombres totalmente exaltados con gritos, insultos y agresividad por pedir un rembolso. Se negaron a darnos una hoja oficial de reclamaciones. Y cuando fuimos a llamara a la policía simplemente recogieron su sombrilla y su puesto y desaparecieron. Nos he vivido una situación tan violenta y desagradable nunca. Eramos solamente 2 mujeres y un niño intentando reclamar una solución a un servicio que contratamos y no recibimos. Recomiendo reservar en la compañía que nos trajo de regreso, Bella comino ferry, ellos si llegan a Blue lagoon por el mismo precio.
