Overview

Voyage on the Mediterranean Sea to see two Maltese islands up close on this 6.5-hour tour of Comino and Gozo. First take a half-day cruise around Comino to visit main attractions on the island and swim or snorkel in a blue lagoon. Afterward, take a half-day jeep safari across the island of Gozo, and stop at lesser-known spots only locals are familiar with.

Departing from Mgarr Harbour (10:00 A.M)
Departure Point: Pickup from main hotels around Malta and Gozo. If you are not staying in hotels in this area, an alternative pickup location near your residence will be advised.

Begin your day with pickup from your central hotel in Malta or Gozo by your driver/guide, and catch the 9:45 a.m. ferry to the island of Gozo. (The ferry ride is approximately 30 minutes long). This is a unique way to visit both Gozo and Comino in one. This tour offers the best of the the two islands together. The jeep safari will take you to places not usually seen on a typical Gozo tour, and it'll give you insight on the real Gozitan lifestyle. On the Comino portion of this tour, you'll visit the main attractions of the island and swim in the crystal-clear blue seas nearby. Swim in the blue lagoon, and visit caves and bays around the island with more stops for swimming and snorkeling. Your ends with drop-off at your hotel.

Great day out - picked up on time, nice journey across to Gozo, where George did a great job of taking us around the island in his Jeep whilst telling us all about the places we visited and the history of the island, and finishing with a very pleasant lunch. Then back to the yacht to visit both the Crystal Lagoon and Blue Lagoon, which were beautiful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the day and made friends with some great people. Would recommend.

We enjoyed the combi trip to Gozo and Comino. The jeep tour was a bit of a whistle stop tour but it gave an overview of the island. The boat trip was lovely despite it being overcast. We enjoyed the swimming.

We were especially disappointed not to have a French-speaking guide as planned. Although friendly, the driver did not provide us with any explanation at the various stops. As for the meal, fresh but we would have liked something more typical than tomato and cucumber salads.

Although it was initially disappointing that the sailing part of our trip to the Blue Lagoon was cancelled because of the weather, and we had to go by ferry, we did have a very good day on the Jeep tour. Sandro was an excellent tour guide who did his best to ensure that we saw as many sights as possible on the island.

Quick tour of Gozo, sufficient for us with a good guide. The only downside of the activity is the lunch which does not live up to our expectations: a buffet which does not break a duck's four legs.

It was really nice & a lot of fun! Our jeep driver Waldemar was friendly and gave us an insight into life on the island. It was really nice that he took photos for us and they turned out really well. A little more history & sights would have been nice, this is more about beautiful views & a drive through the streets. Afterwards we drove to a secluded spot so we could jump from the boat into the sea & the same thing again at the Blue Lagoon, which is really worth seeing, but overcrowded. I was all the happier that we didn't dock but stayed a little ways away in the water. We would have just liked to have known beforehand that we were leaving near our hotel and then asked if we could be picked up on the way before investing any stress & money.

Great trip - a wonderful day out! My only slight complaint was that our transfer was 30 mins late and it then took an 1hr30 to pick everyone up from hotels around Malta before we got on a rather-packed boat. HOWEVER from that moment on we had a great day! The jeep tour whizzed us round Gozo at high speeds which was fun and slightly terrifying at times and our guide Joe was really friendly and informative. The lunch was great - you could happily help yourselves to seconds and thirds and had access to unlimited wine and water. The food was buffet style, with a good selection and was lovely fresh food. The boat trip was fantastic - we stopped off at Camino Island where we could swim alongside ‘fried egg’ jellyfish that were harmless/ don’t sting which were amazing to see, and then went to the famous blue lagoon where we could swim in calmer waters which were super clear. It was a fabulous trip - the staff were all friendly and we felt like we had really good value for money.

All the people were very nice especially the guy that took us into the caves and then for a thrilling ride in his boat, he was the star of the show. The guide in the jeep was also very nice and knowlegable of the area and great fun all around. The captain of the ship was also very professional and funny. The whole day was very enjoyable. Thank you.

Wasn't the boat as pictured. Could have been due to the weather. We were a small group and the lagoons were relatively empty due to the weather. We found out more on the jeep tour, which we had in German. The tour was definitely worth it for us. Thank you

Nothing to say about the jeep ride, on the other hand, selling a sailboat trip when it's only small motor boats is a scam, I'm very disappointed.

The guide was in English on the jeep while it was said that she was Italian and my daughters did not understand anything ... the trip to the caves was a steal ... there was nothing to see ... to avoid ... for the rest the trip ok
