Overview

Embark on an unforgettable day and explore the beauty of Malta’s coast and it’s sister island. Experience the cool, refreshing waters of the Mediterranean Sea and travel by powerboat, fully equipped with shade, from Sliema to Comino Island and back.

The trip begins with departure from Sliema Ferries on a powerboat. From the boat, one can admire St Paul’s Island, Crystal Lagoon. Next, stop at Comino Blue Lagoon and take some time to swim and snorkel in the bay of Comino Blue Lagoon.

After the refreshing dip in the sea, enjoy the opportunity to explore Comino by taking a stroll on the island, which is a bird sanctuary and natural reserve. There will be time to check out the sand dunes and local vegetation that make the island unique.

Next, visiting caves along the Comino coast by boat after departing Comino Blue Lagoon, you will arrival at Sliema Ferries is about an hour later.

Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel up to 7 days before the start time, or within 24 hours of booking as long as the booking is made more than 48 hours before the start time.

This boat trip requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The boat trip takes approximately 6 hours in total.
Can I buy food and/or drinks onboard the boat?
No, there isn't an onboard snack bar on the boat, but you can also purchase food and/or drinks once you arrive to Blue Lagoon in Comino.
Are we allowed to bring our own food and drinks on board the boat?
Yes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks.
Are we allowed to bring luggage on the boat?
Yes, each passenger can bring one carry-on luggage.
Are we allowed to bring pets on the boat?
No, pets are not allowed on this boat.

Are there toilet facilities available on board the boat?
Yes, toilet facilities are available on the boat, also you can use the toilet facilities once you arrive to Blue Lagoon in Comino.

Super leuke dag gehad. Was een snelle boot, grappige vrolijke gids Tony heeft ons 3 eilanden laten zien en mooie zwemplekken. Bij Blue Lagoon heb je verschillende eet en drank tentjes waar je lekkere cocktails voor €5 kunt halen. Ook heb je hier nett wc’s. Aanrader!

A great alternative to the giant boats going to the Blue Lagoon everyday. We were 20 people plus Tony, the funny and experienced captain. Definitely recommend 100%.

This is T H E tour to do when you want a laid back, not too touristy and unique experience around Malta. Tony is the best, he’s a bit shy but a good guy to talk to. You’ll be riding on a small motor boat (maybe 16 passengers max) with gives the perfect vibe for an immersive malta-experience. Most of the other tours use those big 200 people plus boats, but this is just the best thing we could’ve imagined. Bonus tip: stay on the boat when parking at the blue lagoon, you’ll get to a more secluded area where you can keep your stuff on the boat and still dip in to the crystal clear water. 10/10 would recommend!

It was a thrilling and entertaining tour! We were only ten people on the boat, so it was very nice and personal. We could greet everybody and it wasn’t at all crowded. The crystal lagoon was a big highlight for us.👍 Our guide Toni Banis was both brilliant and funny. He always made sure that we were okay, and made us laugh more than we could handle. A great guide with a great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend!

It was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to go to Blu lagoon but I didn't really want a "ferry", rather I was looking for a large but fast boat that would make me feel at ease in a group but without being intrusive. I went with my girlfriend and we had a very good time. We first took a dip in Crystal Lagoon and then landed at Blu Lagoon (Comino) we had more than 3 hours of complete freedom. On the way back we made a short passage through two caves and then returned to the base. The skipper is cordial and friendly, if you are looking for a guided tour this is not the right experience, but if you are looking for fun and tranquility independently it is perfect! Excellent boat, stable and clean!

Quick transportation from Sliema to Blue Lagoon and back. It also includes a 30-40min swimming stop at Crystal Lagoon and a brief tour of the comino caves. Just a small inconvenience, the seats in the back are in direct sunlight, but the boat is not too crammed.

Great tour. We recommend. Thanks to the small boat you can even go into the Santa Maria Caves. The most beautiful stop was the Crystal Lagoon.
