For a full refund, bookings may be cancelled up to 7 days before the scheduled tour start time.

Exceptions

The 7-day refund policy does not apply in the following circumstances:

• Booking amendments: Requests to change the booking date, correct an incorrectly selected date, or change to a different tour are treated as booking amendments, not cancellations. These bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled or amended, subject to availability. Any price difference for a different tour must be paid by the customer. If the new tour is of a lower value, no refund will be issued for the difference.


• Change of plans: If your booking was made more than 14 days before the scheduled tour date and you subsequently cancel due to a change of plans, you will not be entitled to a refund. Instead, you will receive a booking credit valid for 12 months from the original tour date. The credit is non-transferable and subject to availability.


• Deposit bookings: Deposits are non-refundable. If a booking amendment is approved, the deposit will be transferred to the new booking.

Weather

This tour requires suitable weather conditions. If we cancel the tour due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you will be offered either:

• An alternative date, or


• A full refund.

Operator Cancellation

If we cancel your tour for reasons other than weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
